Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for fraud.
Bergstaller committed multiple frauds at various financial institutions in the Lower Mainland between July 2017 – December 2017. Bergstaller opened various accounts in different names and saturated the accounts with fraudulent cheque deposits and committed fraudulent cash withdrawals. Bergstaller is currently wanted Canada Wide out of Vancouver, British Columbia.
It is believed he could be residing in Greater Montreal area.
Working in conjunction with Vancouver Police Department.
