A white 2012 CFMoto Snyper side by side is being loaded onto a tow truck in a residential area.

A side-by-side all-terrain vehicle (ATV) that was stolen from a residential property in Victoria between the evening of June 6 and the morning of June 7, 2024, has been recovered by Harbour Grace RCMP.

On the afternoon of June 7, police received the report of the stolen ATV and an investigation was launched, which led officers to the suspected location of the stolen property. On June 11, with assistance from RCMP NL's General Investigation Section, a search warrant, authorized under the Criminal Code, was obtained and executed at a property in Gull Island, resulting in the seizure of the stolen ATV.

The investigation is ongoing and criminal charges are anticipated.
