We had a fantastic day as Lola, PEI RCMP's beloved Facility Dog, made her grand debut after officially being named! A huge shoutout to Nash Richard from École Pierre Chiasson for suggesting the perfect name, which was selected from over 500 entries in our Name the Puppy contest. Nash was awarded some incredible RCMP 150 Anniversary gifts and a certificate of appreciation from the PEI RCMP.

Accompanied by Corporal Allen, Lola strutted through the halls of Ecole Pierre Chiasson, delighting students in every classroom. We are immensely grateful to the school for giving us the opportunity to introduce Lola during her very first official public event.

Lola's journey began at the Atlantic Chapter of Canine Therapy for First Responders, and she will continue her training as a facility/trauma care dog in the months to come. We're excited about the comfort and support she'll provide to our community.

Thank you to everyone involved in making this day so special! Stay tuned for more adventures with Lola!
