On July 6, 2023 at approximately 1 a.m., Battlefords RCMP received a report of an assault at a residence in Meota, SK.
Officers immediately responded. Investigation determined an altercation occurred between two adult males. One of them was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious.
As a result of investigation, 29-year-old Clarence Buck from North Battleford is charged with one count, aggravated assault, Section 268, Criminal Code.
He is scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on July 7, 2023.
