Digby RCMP arrest three people following a drug trafficking investigation

Digby RCMP has arrested three people following a search of two apartments on Water St. in Digby in relation to a drug trafficking investigation.

On February 10, 2023, shortly after 7 p.m., Digby RCMP officers simultaneously executed search warrants at two apartments on Water St. in Digby in relation to a drug trafficking investigation. RCMP officers safely arrested two women and a man at the scenes. During the search, RCMP officers seized crack cocaine, cash and drug paraphernalia.

Tammy Denise Graham, 49, of Digby, has been charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Production of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking. Graham has been remanded into custody and will appear in Digby Provincial Court today. Graham was previously charged in March 2022 by Digby RCMP for offences related to drug trafficking. Those charges remain before the court.

The 29-year-old Digby man was released on conditions and will appear in court at a later date. He will be facing charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The second woman was released without charge.
