On September 17, 2022 at approximately 8:30 p.m., White Butte RCMP received a report of a possible impaired driver at a business on Great Plains Road in Emerald Park.
Officers responded and located the driver. Further investigation confirmed the driver was impaired and he was arrested.
25-year-old Jacob Dolegala of Hamburg, New York is charged with one count, impaired operation of a conveyance, Section 320.14(1)(a), Criminal Code and one count, operation of a conveyance over .08, Section 320.14(1)(b), Criminal Code.
Dolegala will make his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court on October 26, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.
