A small grey utility trailer is parked on the gravel beside a wooded area.

Whitbourne RCMP is investigating the theft of a utility trailer, taken while parked on the side of Route 202, near Long Harbour. The trailer, which had a bent axle, was stolen between noon on May 23 and 10:00 a.m. on May 25, when it was discovered missing.

A picture of the trailer (NL plate TLS637) is attached.

It is likely the trailer would have produced smoke while being towed due to mechanical issues. The investigation is continuing.

Anyone having information on this crime or the current location of the trailer is asked to contact Whitbourne RCMP at 709-759-2600 or, to remain anonymous, contact Crime Stoppers: #SayItHere 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), visit www.nlcrimestoppers.com or use the P3Tips app.
