On January 17, 2022, Coral Harbour RCMP responded to a fire at a four-plex unit. When police arrived, the Coral Harbour fire department were already on scene extinguishing the fire. There were no injuries reported. There is extensive damage to the four-plex and an assessment will be conducted on the habitability. The matter is under investigation.
