A 65-year-old man from Dunlop, N.B., has been arrested following a drug trafficking investigation in the community.
On September 30, 2022, at approximately 3:20 p.m., members of the Chaleur Region RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Route 315 in Dunlop, as part of the investigation. During the search, police seized quantities of what is believed to be cocaine, as well as ammunition, contraband cigarettes, money, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
A 65-year-old man was arrested at the scene. He was later released, and will appear in court at a later date.
Members of the BNPP Regional Police Service and RCMP Police Dog services assisted with the search.
