Sheshatshiu RCMP investigates fatal hit and run, seeks public’s assistance

A 29-year-old man is dead following an ATV pedestrian collision in Sheshatshiu early this morning. Police responded to the call at 4:15 a.m. which indicated a man had been struck by an ATV that had fled the scene.

The victim was located unresponsive and was transported by ambulance to the Labrador Grenfell Health Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.

Police have located the ATV suspected to have been involved in the collision and are seeking to locate the driver.
