On June 1, 2021, at approximately 7:40 pm, Killarney RCMP responded to a tractor incident in the RM of Grassland.
The investigation has determined that a child was sitting on a trailer that was being pulled by a tractor when he was thrown off.
The 4-year-old male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 12-year-old youth was driving the tractor at the time of the incident.
Killarney RCMP along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist, continue to investigate. Workplace Safety and Health have also been notified.
