Digby RCMP have arrested two people related to drug trafficking

Digby RCMP has arrested two people in relation to a cocaine trafficking investigation.

On September 16, police executed a search warrant at a home on Birch St. in Digby. Police arrested two people at the home without incident. Police searched the home and seized crack cocaine and cash.

The two people that were arrested, a 41-year-old woman and a 77-year-old man, both of Digby, were released on conditions and will appear in Digby Provincial Court on November 15, 2021.

Both will be facing charges of Possession of a Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.
