UPDATE : Edward Rogers has been safely located.

Burin Peninsula RCMP is currently searching for a missing person, 60-year-old Edward Rogers who was last seen on the morning of August 23, 2021, in Davis Cove, near Terrenceville.

Rogers is believed to be walking to Placentia and was last seen on foot at approximately 6:00 a.m. on Monday morning. He is described as being five feet, nine inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. He is bald with blue eyes and has a white moustache. Rogers was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, jeans and black boots.
