News release

At approximately 11:05 am, on August 19, 2020, Stonewall/Headingley RCMP received a report of a collision involving two vehicles and a motorcycle at the intersection of McGillivray Blvd and Loudoun Road, in the RM of MacDonald.

The SUV then collided with another SUV that was stopped on Loudoun Road as it was waiting to turn onto McGillivray Blvd.

The 71-year-old, who was wearing a helmet, was pronounced deceased on scene. No other injuries were reported.

Stonewall/Headingley RCMP, along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist, continue to investigate.
