RCMP officers continue to investigate a sudden death involving suspicious circumstances that occurred in Trepassey on October 21, 2020. Police responded to the report of the death on Wednesday and residents can expect to see a continued police presence in the community in relation to this investigation over the next few days.
There is currently no known risk to public safety. The RCMP continues to work with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and the investigation is continuing.
