RCMP investigate arson

Kings District RCMP is investigating an arson that occurred on McKittrick Rd. in North Kentville.

At 9:45 p.m. yesterday, Kings District RCMP and Kentville Fire Department responded to the scene of a home that was on fire. Preliminary information received indicated that a man was inside and may have weapons. No one was located inside the home. The investigation determined the fire to be suspicious in nature.

No one was injured as a result of the fire and the investigation is ongoing.
