Ile a la Crosse RCMP are restricting access to their detachment building in light of recent positive tests within the community.
Starting today, Friday Oct 9, 2020, the front counter services at the detachments will be available for appointments and emergency services only. The restrictions will remain in effect until further notice.
Our Operational Communication Centres are open 24/7 and remain fully functional for all emergency calls. Anyone calling for service should not notice a difference in policing services in their communities.
We are taking these measures to do our part to protect the community.
Residents in the communities we serve should know that the Saskatchewan RCMP is well prepared. While there may be new RCMP officers in your community and front-counter services have been restricted, Saskatchewan RCMP is still on the job, responding to calls and working around the clock to keep you safe.
