Harbour Grace RCMP is investigating a break, enter and theft that happened at Quality Vapor on Powell Drive in Carbonear on November 18, 2020.
At approximately 9:30 a.m., police received a report of the break and enter and attended the scene. The break and enter happened in the early morning hours between 3:30 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. An individual operating an all-terrain vehicle (ATV), rammed the front door of the business and entered into the store. A number of items were stolen including vape mods, disposable vapes, vape juice (e liquid), coils, batteries, bowls, down stems, rolling papers, rolling trays, tobacco rollers, orange chronic (cleaning product), bongs, grinders and dry herb vaporizers. The inside of the store was heavily damaged which caused a closure of the business up until today.
The suspect, who appears to be a slender to medium build, was wearing a "Bench" branded jacket/hoodie, and track pants and sneakers. Surveillance footage outside the business showed the suspect departed the store on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV).
