Bay Roberts RCMP is seeking assistance from the public in locating 31-year-old William Reid of Marysvale, who is currently wanted by the RCMP in Bay Roberts for charges of assault.
On November 4, 2020, police received a report that Reid assaulted an individual at a Marysvale residence. Officers have been looking to arrest Reid since that time but he has been actively evading police. A warrant for his arrest was issued by the court in Harbour Grace.
Reid, who is also known as Billy Reid and or William (Billy) Conway, has connections to the Grand Bank area. He is described a Caucasian man, who is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds with blue eyes and greying (salt and pepper) hair.
