On May 1, 2019, Russell RCMP received a report of a missing 14-year-old female from Angusville, Manitoba. Kyonna Richard-Thomas was last seen in Winnipeg on April 22.
Kyonna Richard-Thomas is 5'5", approximately 115 lbs, brown/blonde hair and brown eyes.
She is believed to be in the Elmwood area of Winnipeg.
