Multiple warrants of arrest issued for Adam James Mercer of Carbonear
Harbour Grace RCMP seeks the public's assistance in locating 31-year-old Adam James Mercer of Carbonear.
On August 20, 2019, Mercer fled from Harbour Grace RCMP when they attempted to arrest him on a warrant related to offences of mischief and failure to comply with a recognizance involving a charge of assault with a weapon.
A second warrant of arrest has been issued for escape of lawful custody and failure to comply in relation to the incident on August 20.
In addition, his recognizance related to prior additional offences has been revoked and he is currently the subject of a third warrant for those offences of assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats, mischief, animal cruelty and failure to comply. Mercer remains unlawfully at large.
