Wood Buffalo RCMP responded to a complaint of an assault that occurred in the 8000 block on Gordon Avenue, downtown in Fort McMurray, on November 25, 2017 between approximately 1000 - 1130 hours. On police arrival an adult female victim reported an alleged sexual offence which occurred in her residence. The victim has been able to provide a recollection of the suspect's features to an RCMP artist in order to create the sketch.

The RCMP investigation is ongoing.
