On June 15, 2018, at approximately 6:45 p.m., Bay St. George RCMP responded to a collision involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle on Route 460 in Ship Cove.
The 35-year-old male driver and the 36-year-old female passenger of the motorcycle were taken to Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries and later released.
The driver of the motorcycle was issued warnings for driving without proper license or registration, and a summary offence ticket for driving without insurance. The motorcycle was impounded
The male driver of the motor vehicle and the two male passengers, all 21 years old, reported no injuries.
The driver of the motor vehicle was issued a summary offence ticket for failing to yield when making a left hand turn.
