Three people have been arrested and one has been charged following the execution of a search warrant at a Lower Coverdale, N.B. home.
The warrant was executed by Codiac Regional RCMP members just after 1 p.m. on October 12, 2018 at a home on Route 114. Police seized an undisclosed quantity of cannabis and what is believed to be cocaine, methamphetamine and hydromorphone, as well as a firearm and stolen property.
A 20-year-old Sackville woman and a 33-year-old Saint John man were arrested at the residence and released with a promise to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on January 21, 2019.
A 47-year-old Moncton man, who was also arrested at the residence, appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on October 16, 2018.
Michael Hayes was charged with three counts of drug trafficking, two counts of possession of stolen property over $5000, one count of possession of stolen property under $5000, and one count each of possession of cannabis and unsafe storage of a firearm. He was released by a judge until his next court appearance, on November 20 at 9:30 a.m.
