Winton Saulis, a 29-year-old man from Oromocto, N.B., who was unlawfully at large was arrested on January 16, 2018, in Fredericton, N.B.
Police from the West District RCMP Crime Reduction Unit and the Fredericton Police Force located and arrested Saulis in the late afternoon, after receiving information from the public that he was in the Fredericton area. He was arrested without incident and has been remanded into custody.
