Cold Lake RCMP seizes drugs in search warrants

On March 11, 2018, Cold Lake RCMP executed two search warrants on two residences in the City of Cold Lake. As a result of those search warrants, RCMP seized 10 grams of methamphetamine, Canadian currency and evidence of drug trafficking.

A 38-year-old female of Cold Lake has been charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and has been released on a recognizance to attend Cold Lake Provincial Court on March 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m..

A 30-year-old female of Cold Lake has been charged with possession of methamphetamine and failure to comply with a recognizance. She was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for the theft of a truck and theft under $5,000 from an incident that occurred in Cold Lake on Feb. 7, 2018. She has been remanded into custody and is appearing at Cold Lake Provincial Court today.
