Shoplifting from Dollarama in Stephenville
At approximately 6:30 p.m. on March 8, 2018, Bay St. George RCMP received a report of shoplifting at the Dollarama on Main Street in Stephenville.
A 30-year-old man from Stephenville was arrested and charged with theft and breach of a court order. The suspect was released with conditions of an Undertaking and a Promise to Appear in court at a later date.
Single Vehicle Accident on Route 463
At approximately 5:30 a.m. on March 9, 2018, Bay St. George RCMP received a report of a single vehicle collision on Route 463 in the community of West Bay Centre.
The 19-year-old male driver was ejected from the vehicle. He has been transported to Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital by ambulance with undetermined injuries.
The investigation is continuing.
