The RCMP-led joint force investigation has made further seizures related to the arrest of Hells Angels MC Nomads N.B. member Robin Moulton following the execution of search warrants at several locations.
RCMP have seized the following:
- a high power rifle with a silencer
- a loaded handgun
- full-patch Hells Angels jacket
- Hells Angels "support club" patches
- A quantity of drugs
- drug paraphernalia
- "Support 81 Maritimes" clothing

A 48-year-old Fredericton man has been charged with drug and weapon offences following an RCMP-led joint force investigation.
Robin Moulton is a full-patch member of the Hells Angels MC Nomads N.B. Chapter. He was arrested on August 22, 2017 around 7:20 a.m. while driving on Highway 2 near Woodstock. A search of the car led to the seizure of a quantity of what is believed to be cocaine. RCMP are conducting a search at his Fredericton residence, as well as several other locations in New Brunswick.
Robin Moulton has been charged with:
- Possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of a restricted firearm
He has been remanded in custody pending a court appearance in Woodstock on August 25 at 10:30 a.m. The investigation is continuing.
"Outlaw motorcycle gangs are a national priority for the RCMP," says Cpl. Jullie Rogers-Marsh, Media Relations Officer for the RCMP in New Brunswick. "Many of these groups and their support clubs are interconnected. They are not restricted by provincial jurisdictions and have national and international associations.
"The results of this investigation are an example of our ongoing efforts regarding the Hells Angels Nomads N.B. and other outlaw motorcycle gangs, and why it is so important to deter these crime groups."
This investigation is the result of an RCMP-led joint force operation in partnership with the Canadian Border Services Agency, Saint John Police Force, Fredericton Police Force, Kennebecasis Regional Police Force and Edmundston Police. New Brunswick's law enforcement community is working together to specifically target outlaw motorcycle gangs in our province. This arrest is a reflection of our collaborative efforts to disrupt and dismantle organized crime groups who are harming our communities with illegal activities.
