This service is offered to residents of the area served by the Estrie Detachment, namely the following cities, towns and vicinities:

These services are provided to the residents of the area served by the Montérégie Detachment, i.e. the following cities and towns, and their surroundings:
- Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Granby, Farnham, Cowansville, Marieville, Bromont, Roxton Falls
- the cities and towns within the area defined by the St. Lawrence River and the Richelieu River between Beloeil, Saint-Amable, Varennes and Sorel, including these cities.
* All requestors living elsewhere will be referred to the police service of jurisdiction in their area.
