Yanga Barri Wanji

Wanted on Canada-wide warrant for second degree murder.

In 2003, Frania Cardenas went missing from the Toronto apartment she shared with her estranged husband Yanga Barri Wanji. The day after his wife's disappearance, Yanga Barri Wanji attempted to enter the United States at Detroit, Michigan but he was denied entry. On December 5 2003, Barri Wanji flew on a one-way ticket to Nairobi, Kenya and he never returned.

In November 2007, the remains of Frania Cardenas were found in a wooded area of Bracebridge Ontario. A Canada-Wide Warrant was issued for Barri Wanji, on the charge of Second Degree Murder. Barri Wanji was last known to be in the Sudan.
