Harbour Grace RCMP is continuing its investigation into a recent break, enter and theft that occurred at Canadian Tire in Carbonear and is seeking assistance from the public in identifying those responsible.

Shortly before 4:30 a.m. on May 21, 2023, two individuals arrived on the property in an older model grey car, possibly a Honda Accord. The pair exited the vehicle, forced entry into a door of the business and stole a large quantity of DEWALT tools and accessories. The suspects filled the vehicle with stolen property and departed the scene. The value of the stolen property is believed to be in excess of $15,000.00.

Surveillance images of the vehicle and the two suspects are attached. It appears that the licence plate of the car was intentionally covered.

The investigation is continuing.
