West Hants District RCMP SCEU arrest three in drug investigation

The West Hants District RCMP Street Crime Enforcement Unit, with assistance from West Hants District RCMP, arrested three people following a search of an apartment on King St. in Windsor.

On November 30 at 8:45 a.m., RCMP officers executed a search warrant at an apartment on King St. in Windsor in relation to a drug trafficking investigation. During the search, RCMP officers seized suspected cocaine, crack cocaine, hydromorphone capsules and cash.

Two men and one woman, all from Windsor, were arrested at the scene. A 49-year-old man and 29-year-old woman were later released on conditions pending further investigation. They are scheduled to appear in court at a later date to face drug charges. A 32-year-old man remains in custody on parole violations.

The investigation is ongoing.
