On August 7, 2022, at approximately 5:05 am, Swan River RCMP received a report of a home invasion at a residence located on 5th Ave S in Swan River.
Officers attended the location and spoke with the two victims, a 21-year-old male and 17-year-old female, who advised that two suspects, a male armed with a bat and a female, entered the home and forced the two occupants into the living room.
The suspects, both wearing all black clothing, then stole a number of items from the residence and fled the scene. No injuries were reported.
