As a result of the request to the public for additional victims to come forward, Strathcona County RCMP have identified an additional thirteen victims.
A 60-year-old individual, of Sherwood Park, Alta., has been additionally charged with the following offences on June 21, 2022.
- Sexual assault (x11)
- Sexual interference (x2)
The 60-year-old individual has been released from police custody with conditions and is set to appear in court for these charges on June 29, 2022 in Sherwood Park Provincial Court.
Strathcona County RCMP continue to believe there may be additional victims and encourage those individuals to come forward.
Strathcona County RCMP is a member of the Violence, Trauma and Suicide Prevention (VTSP) protocol, and is committed to working with the Strathcona County community to support resident safety.
