The Kings District RCMP is seeking the public's assistance following a hit and run in Souris West, PEI.

On March 1, 2022, at approximately 5:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a hit and run on Route 2. A Dodge pickup truck travelling eastbound rear-ended a red Mazda pickup truck before fleeing the scene. The driver of the Mazda was not injured.

Anyone who witnessed this hit and run, or who may have information about the incident, is asked to contact the Kings District RCMP at 902-687-9300. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
