RCMP is asking for assistance to locate stolen pick-up truck

West Prince RCMP is asking for the public's assistance in locating a stolen vehicle.

On the morning of November 16, West Prince RCMP received a report that a black Toyota Tacoma bearing PEI license plate 837VL had been stolen. The 2015 pick-up truck was taken from a property on Route 2 in Elmsdale, West Prince.

The theft occurred during the overnight hours between November 15 and November 16.

The RCMP is asking members of the public to be on the lookout for this vehicle and to notify police if it's located. Please do not approach or pursue the truck if seen.

The investigation is ongoing.

Prevent thefts by keeping your vehicles locked and removing any valuables.
