Meadow Lake RCMP investigating assault, seek public assistance locating wanted male

Dylan Lasas is described as approximately 5'10

On August 31, 2022, Meadow Lake RCMP received a report of an assault. Investigation determined two armed men assaulted an adult male in the Flotten Lake area. A firearm was discharged during the altercation.

The victim received non-life-threatening injuries.

As a result of investigation, Meadow Lake RCMP have charged 40-year-old Miles Lasas and 32-year-old Dylan Lasas, both of Waterhen Lake First Nation, with:

  • 1 count, discharge firearm with intent, Section 244(b), Criminal Code
  • 1 count, assault with a weapon, Section 267(a), Criminal Code

Miles Lasas was arrested at a residence on Waterhen Lake First Nation on September 1, 2022 and will make his first appearance at Meadow Lake Provincial Court on September 6, 2022.

A warrant has been issued for Dylan Lasas's arrest and Meadow Lake RCMP are actively trying to locate him.

Dylan Lasas is described as approximately 5'10" and 220 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Dylan Lasas should be considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, do not approach him.
