Burin Peninsula RCMP is investigating a suspicious fire that occurred after midnight today at an unoccupied residence in Little Bay East.
At approximately 12:30 a.m., police received the report of a fire at a home on Factory Road and attended the scene. Firefighters attempted to fight the blaze but the house was total loss.
A Fire Scene Investigator is attending the scene today and the investigation is continuing.
