Wood Buffalo RCMP seek public assistance on homicide

On Sept. 6, 2021, shortly after 3 a.m., Wood Buffalo RCMP responded to a report of an adult male who sustained serious injuries in an altercation at a residence in the Thickwood area of Fort McMurray. The victim, Bradley Greene, 25-years-old, of Fort McMurray, later succumbed to his injuries in hospital. Police have been in contact with next of kin.

If you have yet to provide police any video surveillance or dash camera footage from Thickwood Boulevard to Romany Street, to Thicket Drive, to Silin Forest Road, on Sept. 6, from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m., you are asked to contact Wood Buffalo RCMP Detachment at 780-788-4040. If you witnessed or know who committed this crime, you are also asked to contact Wood Buffalo RCMP.

Major Crimes Unit has taken carriage of this ongoing investigation. Police do not believe this was a random act.
