Update-Selkirk RCMP search for missing male

The disappearance of Clifford Joseph is now being investigated as suspicious in nature and the RCMP Major Crime Services have taken the lead on the investigation.

We have no further information to add at this time, but will provide updates when possible.

On June 7, 2021, at approximately 12:30 pm, RCMP received a report of a missing person from the RM of St. Clements.

Clifford Joseph, 40, was last seen leaving his residence on Road 44 East, in the RM of St. Clements, at 3:30 am on June 7.

Later that day Clifford's vehicle, a 1997 green Ford Ranger, was located abandoned in a rural area, off Road 44 East, in the RM of St. Clements.

At this time RCMP Search and Rescue have been deployed and will be conducting a search of the area.

Clifford Joseph is approximately 6'0", 145 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt and black Champion shoes.
