Search in Happy Valley-Goose Bay continues for missing man Todd Penney; RCMP asks for surveillance footage

Forty-seven-year-old Todd Penney is missing since September 18, 2021, in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP is continuing to search for 47-year-old Todd Penney who has been missing from Happy Valley-Goose Bay since September 18, 2021. RCMP is asking residents and businesses to check for any and all available surveillance footage or dash cam footage between Saturday, September 18th at 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., on Sunday, September 19, 2021.

Ground Search and Rescue teams in Happy Valley-Goose Bay have been searching for Penney since Monday morning and are continuing the search today. Residents can expect to see an increased police presence in the area as RCMP officers with the Major Crimes Unit have been brought in to assist in the investigation.

Penney is described as six-feet tall, weighing approximately 154 pounds and has short brown hair. He was wearing a ball cap, jeans, a white hoodie and a black coat.
