On September 22, 2021 at approximately 10:10 p.m., La Ronge RCMP were dispatched to a report of a stabbing on Studer Street in La Ronge.
Officers located a male youth suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
As a result of investigation, officers arrested a 16-year-old male at the scene.
The youth, who can't be identified as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act, is charged with one count of aggravated assault, Section 268, Criminal Code.
He will appear in court in La Ronge on September 23, 2021.
