In the mid-morning hours of Friday, January 15, the RCMP responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in a snow bank on Church Avenue in Souris, PEI.
Upon arrival, police located two adults, both of whom have probation conditions not to have contact with the other. Both were arrested and, incidental to arrest, a large quantity of pills, believed to be methamphetamine, was located.
Charges of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and breach of probation will be laid against the individuals.
