On April 28, 2021, the Manitoba West District Crime Reduction Enforcement Support Team (CREST), along with assistance from officers from the Dauphin Detachment, executed a search warrant at a residence located on 4th Avenue SE, in the City of Dauphin.
The search of the residence resulted in the seizure of approximately 60 grams of cocaine, numerous illicit pills, cash, a firearm and drug related paraphernalia.
RCMP have arrested and charged 41-year-old Katie Schabler and 26-year-old Germaine Beaulieu, both from Dauphin, with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Trafficking paraphernalia and several firearm-related offences.
Schabler was later released for a future court date in Dauphin while Beaulieu was remanded into custody and scheduled to appear in Dauphin Provincial Court later today.
RCMP continue to investigate.
