Over three years ago, Raymond Halleran disappeared from St. Vincent's and hasn't been seen since. The RCMP investigation initiated in 2018 is still ongoing. Multiple investigative avenues have been pursued but Halleran remains missing.

He was last seen at his home in early January, 2018 in St. Vincent's. Halleran is caucasian, five-feet-nine-inches tall and 175 pounds. He has grey eyes and brown hair that may be dyed purple. His appearance may have changed in other ways, as well, since the last sighting of him. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, khaki shoes and a camo jacket and hat. He was carrying a black duffle bag.
