On April 26, 2021, the Lac La Biche Crime Reduction Unit located and arrested a 24-year-old male at a residence on Beaver Lake Cree Nation, Alberta.

The Lac La Biche RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating the 24-year-old male.

Lac La Biche RCMP seeking public assistance in locating male wanted for multiple charges

On April 19, 2021, at 10:47 p.m., Lac La Biche RCMP received a complaint of gun shots and a disturbance in the area of 98 Avenue and 99 Street in Lac La Biche.

Lac La Biche RCMP attended the area and upon further investigation learned that a suspect was causing a disturbance and had allegedly fired a small calibre firearm into the air before leaving the area on foot. Lac La Biche RCMP's ongoing attempts to locate this suspect have been unsuccessful.

Lac La Biche RCMP have obtained an arrest warrant for a 24-year-old male of Beaver Lake, Alta., and he is facing the following charges:

  • Uttering threats
  • Careless use of a firearm
  • Pointing a firearm
  • Unauthorized possession of a firearm
  • Fail to comply with conditions of release (x2)

The 24-year-old male is described as:

  • 6 feet tall
  • 190 lbs
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes
  • Indigenous

Lac La Biche RCMP are asking the public's assistance for any information in relation to the 24-year-old male's whereabouts. Hel is considered armed and dangerous, please do not approach.
