Holyrood RCMP is investigating two suspicious travel trailer fires that occurred on June 12, 2021, in Brigus Junction.

On Saturday, shortly before 11:30 p.m., police and Bay de Grave Fire Department responded to the report of a fire. Upon arrival, two of three unoccupied travel trailers, that were parked in an open area off the Main Road, were on fire. The fires were quickly extinguished by Bay de Grave Fire Department and were determined as suspicious in nature.

Police are asking the public to report any suspicious activity that may have been observed on the Main Road in Brigus Junction near Hawco Road between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. on June 12, 2021.
