On Feb. 22, 2020, the body of an adult male was located deceased in a rural area east of Irricana.

The autopsy completed by the office of the Chief Medical Examiner deemed the cause of death to be a homicide.

The victim has been identified as 34-year-old Mansour Mazey Seck of Calgary, Alta.

Mansour was last scene alive Feb. 19, 2020, at 11:07 p.m. walking into a residence in northwest Calgary and was never seen leaving.

The RCMP are looking to speak to the driver of a 2018/2019 grey Volkswagen Tiguan who they believe may have information regarding the homicide.

The driver and the vehicle that were captured on surveillance at a Calgary gas station are shown in the attached pictures.

Beiseker RCMP investigate suspicious death in rural area

On Feb. 22, 2020, at approximately 9 p.m., Beiseker RCMP responded to a report of a human body that was located in a rural area east of Irricana.

Police arrived and confirmed the body was a deceased adult male.

The investigation is in its preliminary stages, and an autopsy will be conducted at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Calgary this week. The RCMP Major Crimes Unit along with Beiseker RCMP continue to investigate.
