Sixty-seven bottles of alcohol, destined for Natuashish, were seized on June 25, 2021.

A quantity of alcohol was seized on June 25, 2021, as part of an investigation between RCMP in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation and Canadian Postal Inspectors.

The seizure consisted of 67 bottles of alcohol which were destined for the dry community of Natuashiush.

RCMP in Labrador, along with community partners, continue to curb the illegal flow of alcohol going into the community of Natuashish. The investigation into this incident is continuing.
