Three people arrested following break, enters and thefts

A man, a woman and a male youth have been arrested following two break and enters in Janeville, N.B.

On January 15, 2020, at approximately 2:30 p.m., the Bathurst RCMP responded to a call for suspicious activity on Route 11 in Janeville. Once on scene, the RCMP's Police Dog Services attended the scene and lead police to two unoccupied residences nearby that were broken into.

A 19-year-old woman from Shippagan, a 22-year-old man from Shippagan, and a 16-year-old boy from Chiasson Office were arrested for break and enter and possession of stolen property. They were all released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Bathurst Provincial Court in April 2020.

Police seized a number of items from the individuals including knives, letters, identification cards and other items.
